Health Valley Apple Cobbler Cereal Bars

Around mid-morning I'm typically rummaging around for something to snack on that will curb my sweet tooth and won't blow my diet. Recently I discovered a snack bar--Health Valley Apple Cobbler Cereal Bars--that both tastes great and isn't loaded with calories and fat.

Apple Cobbler Cereal Bars taste remarkably like apple pie (YUM!) and are 70% organic with all-natural ingredients. They contain only 130 calories, 2 grams of fat (0 saturated/trans), and 50 mg of sodium. They are also a great source of six B vitamins as well as selenium. The only downside to these babies is that they aren't very filling, and they are soooooo good you want to keep eating them. These bars also satisfy as a dessert.

Ingredients: apple filling (organic cane juice, apples, concentrated fruit juices [pineapple, peach, pear], tapioca, vegetable glycerin, natural flavors, apple pectin, cinnamon, carob bean gum, annatto and turmeric [for color], organic wheat flour, organic cane juice, organic expeller pressed canola oil, organic oats, organic wheat gluten, organic honey, organic wheat bran, natural flavors, nonfat dry milk, cream of tartar, baking soda, soy lecithin, maltodextrin (from corn), citrus oils, carrageenan, sea salt, annatto and turmeric (for color).
Nutrition Blend: natural beta carotene, niacin, Vitamin B6 (pyridioxine hydrochloride), riboflavin, Vitamin B1(thiamin hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamine), sodium selenite, folic acid.
